1000kVA dry type transformer features epoxy resin cast insulation and boasts several key characteristics: low loss (no load loss reduced by over 20%, excellent energy efficiency, economical operation, and maintenance free); low partial discharge (the resin mixture utilizes advanced foreign mixing methods and vacuum degassing technology to ensure uniform mixing and complete elimination of air bubbles, resulting in extremely low partial discharge, controllable below 5pc); and both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, providing both full encapsulation and inter turn impregnation of the resin insulation.
1000kVA dry type transformer casting has a dense, cured structure that is flame retardant, explosion proof, and environmentally friendly. The insulating materials, such as fiberglass, used in the winding coils are self extinguishing, preventing arcing during short circuits, and the resin does not produce toxic or harmful gases under high heat. High mechanical strength: The filler filled resin results in a small difference in the coefficient of expansion within the casting, low curing shrinkage, low internal stress, and high hardness of the cured product. Pre formed reinforcing materials are placed within the epoxy resin encapsulation layers on the inner and outer surfaces of the high and low voltage coils, creating a dense structure similar to reinforced concrete. Therefore, its mechanical strength is even greater than that of pure epoxy resin, enabling it to withstand sudden short circuit electrodynamic forces without damage.
